DIJITAL ELMA MOBIL OYUN VE UYGULAMA ANONIM SIRKETI (“Dijital Elma”, “we”, “us” or “our”) develops and publishes mobile applications (each, an “App”) and provides related services (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and retain Personal Information when you access or use an App or the Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you acknowledge the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Personal Information is used to provide, secure and improve the Service and is disclosed only as described in this Privacy Policy.

To provide the Service, we may process information that you voluntarily submit, including messages, prompts, instructions, photos, images, account or contact details and support communications. We may also receive technical and usage information through authorised third-party services, as described below.
Certain features allow you to submit messages, prompts, photos or images (“AI Inputs”) to generate AI-powered content or responses. Photos may contain faces or facial features. We do not automatically collect photos from your device and do not use submitted photos to create or extract biometric templates, facial geometry, facial maps or identifiers for personal identification or authentication.
Depending on the feature and the provider selected by you, AI Inputs may be securely transmitted to OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), DeepSeek, xAI (Grok) or Eachlabs solely to generate the content or response you request. We do not sell AI Inputs or disclose them to these providers for advertising or marketing.
Before any message or photo is transmitted for third-party AI processing, the app displays an in-app disclosure explaining the categories of data involved, the relevant providers and the processing purpose. Transmission occurs only after you select “Agree & Continue”. If you decline or close the notice, the data will not be transmitted and the relevant AI feature will not be available.

We want to inform you that whenever you use the Service, in the event of an error in the app, we may collect data and information (through third-party products) on your device called Log Data. This Log Data may include your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, app configuration, the time and date of your use of the Service and other statistics.
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory.
The Service does not use cookies explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use cookies to collect information and improve their services. You may accept or refuse cookies. If you refuse cookies, some portions of the Service may not function.

We retain Personal Information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. We do not store messages, photos or AI-generated outputs submitted through AI features on our servers. They are processed transiently only to transmit the request to the selected AI provider and return the requested output to your device.
Third-party AI provider retention may vary according to the provider and the controls enabled for the relevant account and feature. Where zero-data-retention or equivalent controls are enabled, the provider applies those controls in accordance with its terms. When other Personal Information is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it.
You may decline the AI processing disclosure or close the consent screen. In that case, your message or photo will not be transmitted to an AI provider, but the relevant AI feature cannot be provided. You may also manage camera and photo-library permissions through your device settings and may contact us to request access to or deletion of Personal Information, subject to applicable law.
We value your trust in providing Personal Information and use commercially reasonable measures to protect it. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service may contain links to sites that are not operated by us. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of each external site. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of third-party sites or services.
The Services are intended only for users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect or process Personal Information from anyone under 18. If we learn that a person under 18 has provided Personal Information through the Services, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. A parent or guardian may contact us using the details below.
